Arjobex Polyart Limited declares that the products it manufactures are compliant with the requirements of the United Kingdom’s Plastic Packaging Tax (Descriptions of Products) Regulations 2021 with respect to meeting the requirements of containing a minimum of 30% recycled material.
This is an interim self-declaration, with external 3rd party validation of this declaration scheduled to be carried out in September 2022 via on site audit by an accredited certification organization.
Once this audit has been completed a formal statement from the auditing organization will be issued and this statement will be withdrawn.
